For clients who lack the time or technical expertise to oversee a major capital project, West Sierra acts as your Construction Manager (CM). We represent your interests exclusively, managing the General Contractor, Architect, and Consultants to ensure the project is built to your standards—not theirs.

  • Team Oversight: We manage the flow of information between the Design Team and the General Contractor, ensuring questions (RFIs) are answered fast and conflicts are resolved without stalling the project.

  • Change Order Defense: We review every Change Order request submitted by the General Contractor. We verify quantities and pricing to ensure you only pay for valid work, often saving clients significantly more than our fee.

  • Quality Assurance: We are your eyes and ears on the job site. We conduct regular site inspections to ensure the work matches the drawings and the schedule is being reported accurately.
