Holding a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University, he leads West Sierra’s Preconstruction and Development divisions, focusing on the critical early phases where project success is defined.

Whether developing a new sports facility or renovating a clinical environment, his focus remains on cost certainty, constructability, and strategic planning.
Life Outside Construction: When he isn't value-engineering a project, Wade takes advantage of the Central Valley’s geography. He is an avid outdoorsman, most often found exploring the backcountry of the High Sierras.
